Based in Dubai and authorised by the UAE Capital Markets Authority under a Category 5 licence, Finalto MENA provides a regulated regional connection to Finalto Group.
We help eligible clients explore Finalto Group’s global capabilities, identify the appropriate area of interest, and connect with the relevant Finalto Group team or licensed Group entity where appropriate.

Hold, receive, control or safeguard client money,
Act as a counterparty to client transactions
Provide portfolio management
Provide personalised investment advice or trading recommendations
Grant direct access to trading platforms or execution infrastructure.
Any regulated financial service is provided, where applicable, only by the relevant licensed Finalto Group entity, subject to applicable laws, regulatory permissions, client classifications, due diligence and contractual approval.
